We have been learning to find and summarise information in non fiction text by skimming and scanning.  I researched facts about Brazil and I found the information on the internet and in books. I found this tricky to find information in the books because it did not tell u all the information on the internet. My next step is to I read the first sentence and last sentence of relevant paragraphs quickly to work out the main idea.
